Historic cognac houses certainly know how to throw a party. For its annual Hennessy X.O. Appreciation Grows dinner series in 2012, the prestigious institution organized a culinary ball that took privileged guests on a journey of immensely tantalizing proportions. The dinner featured meals prepared by American chef Lee Anne Wong, detailing the voyage the Hennessy X.O. drink traveled on as it made its way across the world from the hands of one cognac connoisseur to another. From the decor to the entertainment to the food, the evening was sublime from start to finish.
